About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales Proposal Writer to join our marketing department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality sales proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write comprehensive sales proposals for RFPs and other business opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals meet client needs and expectations
  • Use complex software to create, edit, and finalize proposals
  • Proofread and edit proposals for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist the marketing team with copywriting and other writing tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in paid writing work, preferably in a creative team
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on long-form writing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
What We Offer
  • Salary between $55-60K, depending on experience
  • Hybrid in-office/remote schedule after 90 days
