We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to contribute to our dynamic team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped for your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret job tickets to gather necessary materials, load machinery with products, and prepare print files.
- Conduct routine maintenance as per schedule to enhance machine reliability and performance.
- Oversee inventory levels in the production area and initiate timely orders for replenishment.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure high-quality output.
- Familiarize yourself with machine capabilities to optimize print quality and maintain equipment.
- Ensure proper setup of jobs prior to production.
- Responsible for calibrating the digital press at least between jobs.
- Assist in training new team members and other assigned personnel.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintenance teams on various projects and validations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and core processes diligently.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Proficient math skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and efficiency while producing high-quality work.
