8. Build and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
9. Manage existing client accounts while continuously enhancing customer relationships.

11. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's specialized services, internal resources, competitive strategies, and client needs.
12. Make informed decisions regarding budgeting, expenses, and overall profitability.
13. Assess current and future staffing requirements to ensure adequate resources for achieving business objectives.
14. Participate in the recruitment process to hire team members in alignment with the company's standardized hiring practices.
15. Oversee facility maintenance and project management.
16. Develop and implement strategies that foster innovation, competitive edge, and sustainable growth.
17. Provide strategic insights and direction to the executive team based on market trends, competitive assessments, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on International Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing high-performing teams.
• More than 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the logistics and transportation sector, including third-party full truckload logistics management.
• Strong understanding of business development methodologies, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
• Visionary leader capable of leveraging knowledge, skills, and influence to motivate and guide others towards achieving individual, team, and organizational goals.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a team to effectively present a comprehensive range of services to clients, empowering them to create complete logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with high-level prospects, clients, internal partners, and executives.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
