Job Summary:

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team as a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse. As a member of our healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents in a warm and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
  • Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director.
  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants.
  • Closely mentor, guide, and direct the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
  • Effectively balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
  • Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial and other) and report to appropriate sources.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time 2pm - 9pm Week One: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Part-Time 8am - 4pm Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Part-Time 5pm-9pm Week One: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday.
  • Week Two: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday.

Compensation:

$38.00/Hour depending on experience.
