Job Title: Practice Manager

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and clinical performance activities for your assigned Health Center(s). You will work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to ensure adherence to budget and operational plans, and will be responsible for managing the Health Center staff to provide high-quality care and service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Health Center, including staffing, supervision, and patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to develop and implement operational plans and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the Health Center's inventory and supply chain.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Health Center staff.
  • Manage the Health Center's revenue cycle, including billing and collections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
