Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a product roadmap and requirements for success, ensuring a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business objectives and create requirements that translate business needs into strategic business and technology initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials to assist in product adoption.
  • Monitor usage, assess user data, and identify opportunities to increase usage and improve user experience.
  • Serve as the liaison between the product owner, delivery team, and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in or facilitate all agile ceremonies, including standups, planning, retro, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10 or more years of related experience, with demonstrated knowledge of and experience managing product development and development methodology.
  • Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies required.
