We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer 4 to join our team in Englewood, CO. As a lead on complex engineering assignments, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and performing a variety of engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design development, analysis, or review tasks independently.
  • Responsible for complete designs, analyses, or design reviews.
  • Generate complete design specifications for complex projects.
  • May provide training to less experienced engineers.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system or databases for tracking project status.
  • Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
  • Direct interface and liaison with customers at all levels.
  • Conduct site visits, experimental investigations, and analyze engineering problems.
  • Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
  • Prepare, deliver, and submit technical papers and perform engineering studies.
  • Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort.
Requirements:
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education.
  • 7+ years of professional experience required.
  • Professional Engineering License required.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory codes and standards
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in civil engineering software and integrated application software including Civil 3D.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master of Science degree in structural engineering
  • Government or nuclear experience, i.e., DOD, DOE, NR
  • Fully understands the process of preparing and checking calculations, as well as, approval, revision, retention, and storage of project calculations
  • Fully understands drawing production and checking, as well as, approval, revision, retention, and storage of engineering drawings
Compensation & Benefits:

Hiring salary range: $93K - $144K annually. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
