We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Delectus, LLC.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design and construction process, leading project collaboration efforts, and ensuring effective leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage the design and construction process to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
    • Lead project collaboration efforts from initial planning to closeout.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Oversee and lead design and construction teams.
    • Prepare, manage, and support documentation required for post-performance reviews, audits, or inspections.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor contract budgets, reconcile contracts, and report on monthly cash flow activities.
    • Guide design decisions to maintain project scope within approved budgets.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Prepare schematic, preliminary, and construction document submittals for review.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for committee meetings and executive-level presentations.
  • Procurement and Compliance
    • Procure required plan reviews prior to bidding, ensuring compliance with regulations and authorities having jurisdiction.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum five years of proven working experience in construction management.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
    • Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
    • Familiarity with construction management software.
    • Leadership, human resources management, time management, and project management skills.
