Job Summary:

Ross Stores is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Associate to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety and security tours of the facility to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and document incidents, including accidents, thefts, and other security breaches.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
  • Develop and implement loss prevention and safety programs to prevent losses and reduce risk.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
