- Field Programming: Support field programming activities to create a fun and safe environment for athletes.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local schools and sports organizations for joint field events.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate with the Community Team to organize sports-related programs and activities.
- Team Training: Deliver comprehensive teammate training to uphold the store's vision and service quality.
- Time Management: Manage time effectively in a dynamic environment and adhere to loss prevention protocols.
