Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and obtain prior authorizations from insurances as needed
- Check-in patients, answer questions, and assist with pre-visit paperwork
- Complete forms, collect co-payments, and schedule follow-up appointments
- Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
- Monitor patient flow and waiting room activity
We're looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting. Experience working in a community-based medical practice is preferred, as is Epic experience.
