We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pine Tree, a 198-unit apartment community in Omaha, NE.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a great living experience for residents.
- Monitor property for repairs or replacements and complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
- Perform preventative maintenance on property and assess and repair appliances as needed.
- Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents and supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
- Occasionally perform on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back to site after regular work hours).
- 2-3 years of previous experience in maintenance, preferably with demonstrated proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred, as well as CPO certification.
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required.
