Role of the Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for new patients, acting as a trusted source for care and financial information while coordinating various aspects of treatment. Key duties will include managing the patient intake process, conducting X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, educating patients, and handling financial arrangements. Additional tasks may involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with lab work.
