At Beacon Retiree Benefits Group, an Alera Group Company, we have been at the forefront of designing, communicating, implementing, and managing Retiree Medical and Prescription Drug Plans for Medicare-eligible individuals since 1998.

Our clientele varies in size and industry, yet they all share a common goal: to provide exceptional support to their Medicare-eligible employees and retirees. They seek a committed team that can handle all facets of education, communication, and plan administration for this sensitive demographic.

This position is strictly in-office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system with high call volumes.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Assist agents with necessary materials and reservations for seminars.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Medicare and medical insurance is advantageous.
  • Experience in researching and resolving Medicare-related medical and pharmacy claims is a plus.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation is required.
