We are currently looking for a Temporary Medicare Administration Specialist to enhance our Employee Benefits division.
Alera Group has been at the forefront of designing, communicating, implementing, and managing Retiree Medical and Prescription Drug Plans for Medicare-eligible individuals since 1998.
Our clientele spans various industries, yet they all share a common goal: to provide dedicated support for their Medicare-eligible employees and retirees through a specialized team that oversees education, communication, and plan management for this critical demographic.
Position Details:
This is an in-office role based in Connecticut.
This temporary position within an insurance brokerage firm requires proficiency in managing a multi-line telephone system with high call volumes, performing data entry, and assisting agents with necessary materials for seminars.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Medicare and medical insurance.
- Experience in researching and resolving Medicare-related medical and pharmacy claims is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications is required.
