With a legacy of excellence since 1998, we specialize in designing, communicating, implementing, and managing Retiree Medical and Prescription Drug Plans tailored for Medicare-eligible individuals.
Our diverse clientele seeks a dedicated team, separate from HR, to oversee the education, communication, and administration of plans for this sensitive demographic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line telephone system, handling a high volume of calls.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Assist agents with seminar materials and reservations.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Medicare and medical insurance is advantageous, along with experience in researching and resolving Medicare-related claims.
Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation is required.
