Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, mentoring, and leadership by example, demonstrating clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, workflows, safety, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Work with the Center Leadership and director teams to identify clinical improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate support and workflow compliance.
- Maintain and leverage relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
- Assist the Director of Medical Operations and Executive Assistant in managing center staffing and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
