Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor Sr. to join our team at our Minnetonka, MN location. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of professionals, drive process excellence, and contribute to the success of our Electrophysiology business.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing team leadership in the day-to-day activities for an assigned Material Handling/Production area or work group.
  • Developing and implementing material handling and production process excellence activities.
  • Identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities in production processes.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of assigned area or workgroup to ensure organizational and objectives are met.
  • Leading and/or participating on cross-functional teams.
  • Identifying and addressing training needs.
  • Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Material Handling/Manufacturing and/or operational experience.
  • Ability to motivate, direct, and provide technical knowledge to staff.
  • Ability to work on complex problems and analyze situations or data involving multiple competing factors.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning, documentation systems, GMP, and quality.

We offer a competitive salary of $83,000.00 to $166,000.00 per year, depending on location, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
