Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, NC. This is a per diem opportunity for a certified NNP to provide high-quality care to newborns in our Level 1 nursery.
About the PositionThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled NNP to work in a brand new, 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in neonatal care and be certified in NNP. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily rounds on newborns, attending deliveries when requested, and stabilizing, managing, and facilitating transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia for those requiring higher-level care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to newborns in our Level 1 nursery
- Attend deliveries when requested
- Stabilize, manage, and facilitate transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs
- Work collaboratively with the neonatology team to provide comprehensive care to newborns
- Master's degree in Nursing
- National Nursing Certification Required
- NC license required
- Recent experience as a certified NNP
