We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. in Fort Wayne, IN.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales of Robotic Machining Centers and CNC Machine Tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the industrial machinery sector.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machine tools and robotic machining centers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
