Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Rams Head Server to join our team at Timberline Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests, taking beverage and food orders with a smile.
  • Clear tables, refill water glasses, and perform stocking and side work with efficiency.
  • Deliver loaded food trays and serve tables with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Successfully complete the order process, pre-bussing as needed, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Responsible for handling cash sales and providing correct change.

Requirements

  • Must have a service-oriented personality and be detail-oriented with the ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
  • Must use proper etiquette while conversing with guests and have detailed knowledge of all menu offerings.
  • Must be proficient in up-selling of products and services and know and follow all proper service procedures.
  • Must have valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs, be flexible, and capable of bending, twisting, and kneeling.
