We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rams Head Server to join our team at Timberline Lodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and upholding the high standards of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take beverage and food orders, manage tables, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash sales, and provide accurate change.
- Participate in our Health & Safety Program by identifying and reporting potential hazards, promoting a healthy workplace, and adhering to proper food handling guidelines.
- Exercise stewardship of our facilities and environments, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
- Present a professional image at all times, adhering to our company's standards and policies.
- Must possess a service-oriented personality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to set and meet high customer service standards.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, with the ability to make recommendations and upsell products and services.
- Must be proficient in operating a cash register, handling cash sales, and providing accurate change.
- Must have a valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs, with the ability to bend, twist, and kneel as needed.
- Must be flexible and capable of working in tight spaces, with balance and poise.
- Must be able to work on feet, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours at a time, with the ability to keep up with the pace of the department.
$14.70 Hourly + Tips
