Position Summary:

The selected candidate will oversee Project Coordination for all retail installations. Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, scheduling technicians for various project phases, processing payments, and ensuring timely and accurate project completion. This role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for retail customers post-sale.
  • Coordinate all facets of customer installations from initiation to completion.
  • Procure products for our corporate manufacturing facilities.
  • Maintain communication with homeowners, contractors, and team members regarding project status.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Prepare work orders (crew packs) for upcoming retail installations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Process credit card transactions and forward check payments to the Accounting department.
  • Document job notes in the relevant systems.
  • Collect payments from customers upon delivery and installation completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or business experience preferred.
  • Proficient in telephone communication, email correspondence, and report writing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as database and order processing systems.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate information clearly in various situations.
  • Competence in basic mathematical operations and problem-solving.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to meeting performance standards and promoting quality and productivity.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments.
  • Adherence to established safety and security protocols.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
