About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies

Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Licensed to practice as a mental health professional in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred
  • Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision and training to junior staff members
