We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team at CoolSys. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our customers across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Repair and overhaul refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.
- Provide general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment, including air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, and ice machine equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operating deficiencies.
- Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of work history and process job tickets and work orders promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EPA certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial refrigeration experience required.
- Experience working on refrigeration equipment in convenience stores or supermarkets is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with single systems and rack systems is highly desirable.
