At Morada Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and physical safety.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable home-like environment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and work areas.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating.
  • Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
