Job Title: Large Loss Project Manager

This esteemed company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Large Loss Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of their commercial restoration team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large loss projects with budgets exceeding $700,000
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, adjusters, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results
  • Conduct site visits, assess damage, and develop scopes of work for restoration projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including Xactimate and IICRC certifications
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial restoration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field preferred
  • Xactimate experience and IICRC certifications a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines
