Qualifications

Experience in a retail management role, preferably within a luxury environment, is essential. A strong understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics is also required. A high school diploma is necessary, while a college degree is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting and carrying items as needed.
