Lecturer at the Rady School of Management

We are seeking a qualified Lecturer to join our team at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business disciplines, including marketing, economics, strategy, management, accounting, finance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
The Lecturer will be expected to:
• Teach a variety of courses, including data analytics, innovation, negotiations, and financial markets.
• Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development and program assessment.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote academic excellence and diversity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience or specialized field expertise in a business discipline.
• A graduate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Subject matter expertise, typically obtained through practical business experience of 5+ years.
• Teaching experience of 3+ years.
