Job Summary

Family Behavior Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work under the supervision of our Clinical Supervisor to provide individualized ABA services to children and their families in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct 1:1 and/or small group services in home settings, maintaining a positive attitude and rapport at all times.
  • Carry out individualized treatment plans as directed by the Clinical Supervisor and/or Student Analyst.
  • Run discrete trial training and/or Natural Environment Training sessions, assisting with activities of daily living and modeling appropriate social and play skills.
  • Collect ongoing data to track child's progress, following specified goals and accommodations per child's individual goals as directed by BCBA or other treatment team members.
  • Attend and participate in relevant trainings and meetings, working collaboratively with parents, the Clinical Supervisor, Treatment Coordinator, and other professionals.
  • Maintain appropriate ethical boundaries with family members at all times, assisting in training new direct care workers and taking ongoing data on all aspects of treatment.
  • Maintain current and ongoing documentation of all activities, creating individual or group therapeutic and educational materials as requested by other members of the team.
  • Participate in the development of instructional procedures, assisting in maintaining the appearance of the FBS office/clinics, and entering all timesheet information into Practice Management Software.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors and leads.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families in home settings.
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various client locations.
  • RBT Certification or willingness to become certified.
