- Technical Review: Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications to confirm precision and compliance with project requirements.
- Inspections: Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison for all on-site activities, keeping project stakeholders informed about progress and any issues encountered.
- Documentation: Prepare and present daily reports, updates on progress, and other necessary documentation.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize risks.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local building and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in supervising or managing construction projects in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to comprehend construction drawings, plans, and specifications, with a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Capable of performing well under pressure, especially when confronted with unforeseen challenges or delays.
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
