About the Role

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in a clinic-based setting. As a Physical Therapist with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients in a clinic-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Valid, unexpired Driver's License and automotive insurance
  • Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
