Field Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Equipment Operator to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a key member of our agronomy solutions team, you will be responsible for applying herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, operating applicator equipment, and performing maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Mix and apply pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals to crops in accordance with recommendations and regulations.
- Operate and maintain applicator equipment, including tractors and sprayers.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on application equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of applied acres and maintain log books.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain pesticide applicator license and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience operating large equipment and a Class A or B CDL is necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate Helena equipment and/or drive a company vehicle.
- Ability to work nights, overtime, and weekends during peak season.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
