Key Responsibilities:- Assist therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned therapeutic specialties.
- Provide direct contact instruction and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on their treatment plans.
- Train staff to ensure continuity of treatment plans and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in staff training and development to maintain current skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic techniques and ability to train staff in treatment methods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a state vehicle may be required.
