Service Technician III

At General Services Corporation, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents. As a Service Technician III, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our properties and ensuring a high level of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents
- Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units as needed
- Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
- Experience with HVAC installation and troubleshooting
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passing a criminal background check required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Spanish language skills are a plus
