This position plays a crucial role in facilitating seamless brewery operations by effectively overseeing production planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and sustain an effective production timetable that aligns with customer demands while maximizing resources and minimizing expenses.
  • Liaise with various departments, including brewing, packaging, and logistics, to guarantee the timely implementation of production strategies.
  • Supervise raw material and finished product inventory levels to avert shortages and ensure a sufficient supply.
  • Evaluate production data and metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement and execute necessary enhancements.
  • Maintain precise records of production schedules, inventory levels, and other pertinent information.
  • Assist in formulating and enforcing production planning and scheduling guidelines and protocols.
  • Provide support to the production team as needed, including participation in meetings and training sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a supply chain planner/scheduler in a manufacturing or brewery environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing planning tools or software is beneficial.
  • Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
