Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Rezilient Health. As a key member of our finance and accounting team, you will be responsible for developing detailed budgets, analyzing business performance, and providing financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day accounting operations, including managing relationships with our outsourced accounting firm and overseeing cost accounting and allocations.
- Develop models and perform bottoms-up annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Support the financial decision-making process by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and engaging in and influencing strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Support pricing and costing efforts, managing overhead rates, in partnership with various departments at Rezilient.
- Produce insights and analysis that help facilitate the business and operational direction of Rezilient and our CloudClinics.
- Assist with reporting, analytics, and interpretation of financial information for distribution to senior management and executive leadership.
- Manage or provide support for ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or a related field, including internship experience.
- Strong background in accounting required, with familiarity in any accounting software (Sage Intacct experience is a plus) and expert-level Excel skills for heavy data analysis.
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems, and execute tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate across different organizational functions spanning.
