We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and provide preventative care services, including screenings and immunizations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as labs and X-rays, to inform diagnoses.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
- Provide care coordination and referrals to specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- MD/DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
- NH medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR or willingness to learn.
- Competitive base salary and wRVU bonus plan.
- 403b retirement plan with company match and 457(f) deferred savings program.
- Full traditional benefits, including BCBS Health, Delta Dental, and malpractice insurance.
- 20 days PTO, 5 sick days, and 5 days CME with stipend.
