Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, from newborns to seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and X-rays, to inform diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens effectively.
- Provide preventative care services, including screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care with specialists when necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
- NH medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting.
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
