Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Initiate and coordinate the plan of care for patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, promoting effective communication among caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
