Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans
- Provide education and support to patients and staff on nutrition-related topics
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible for certification within six months
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Experience in clinical nutrition or healthcare setting
