Access Control Systems Specialist

Job Summary:
The Access Control Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining low-voltage systems in commercial buildings. This includes working with access control hardware and software to set up and maintain electronic systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installs of low-voltage systems in commercial buildings
- Work on access control hardware and software to set up and maintain electronic systems
- Install and configure access control systems, including IP-based systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of access control systems
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless system integration
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician
- Experience with running cables and conduit
- Access point installation, control, and IP video hardware and software installation experience
- Proficiency in network architecture and protocols, database management, and fiber optics
- Some weekday travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lenel, Software House, Identicard, Vanderbilt, Exacq, Milestone, Axis, American Dynamics certifications
