Job Summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in a full-time evening shift position. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with our radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic procedures with precision and accuracy, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all patients.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to assist with special examinations and provide technical support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Utilize RIS and PACS systems to manage patient information and imaging results.
  • Employ professional judgment and discretion when performing imaging procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • New Jersey licensure and ARRT certification.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
