Job Description:
DaVita Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and building long-term relationships with patients. You will also work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians.

Requirements:
No prior dialysis experience is required, but healthcare experience is a plus. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet is necessary.
