About the Role

The Learning Facilitator for TAG University is a key member of the Learning & Development team, responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to employees across the organization. This role requires a strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Learning Experiences: Design and deliver engaging learning experiences in classroom and virtual formats, including Classroom Studio, to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Develop and Implement Learning Solutions: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement learning solutions that address business needs and improve employee performance.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and expressively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that learning objectives are met and an inspiring learning experience is delivered.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with co-facilitators, experience team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences.
  • Manage Session Environment: Manage the session environment and participants to ensure learning objectives are met and an inspiring learning experience is delivered.
  • Evaluate and Improve Learning Programs: Support the evaluation and measurement of learning programs and implement improvements as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in Facilitation and Learning Development: 2+ years of experience in virtual and in-person facilitation roles in corporate L&D, education, or professional settings.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory: Working knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, flex, think on your feet, and perform effectively under time constraints.
  • Team Player: A team player with a high degree of integrity, self-awareness, and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
