Responsibilities

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to become a vital part of our team.


The Sales Representative will play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience while assisting with various tasks such as inventory management, store cleanliness, and merchandise presentation.

Key Responsibilities


- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to create a welcoming environment for customers.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all associates and customers.

- Assist with product launches and changes in accordance with company standards.

- Provide an outstanding customer experience by engaging with shoppers and addressing their needs.

- Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times.

- Resolve customer service issues positively and effectively, communicating any concerns to management.

- Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.

- Perform other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.


Required Experience & Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a retail environment.
Proficient in technology use (iPads, registers).
Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
Meets physical requirements.

Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and team members.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
