Responsibilities
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder to enhance our customer experience.

The Sales Associate Keyholder is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience and executing essential opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execute opening and closing tasks, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating security systems.
2. Perform overrides at checkout as necessary.

3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.

4. Adhere to company policies and procedures to safeguard the well-being of associates and customers.
5. Assist with product launches in accordance with company standards.
6. Uphold all aspects of the customer experience model.
7. Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize customer wait times.

8. Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, escalating as needed, while keeping Store Management informed of all matters.

9. Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
10. Perform other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience:
0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.
Proficient in technology usage (iPad, registers).
Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
Meets physical requirements.
Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers and team members.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
