Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of the workshop environment.
  • Perform window cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure proper organization of storage racks.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment as needed.
  • Replace any non-functional lighting fixtures.
  • Keep the staging area well-organized.
  • Return forklifts to designated areas after use.
  • Conduct property walks to collect litter and assess repair needs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated high mechanical aptitude is essential.
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary.
