Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Case Manager Assistant to join our team at GEO Reentry Services LLC. In this role, you will provide critical support to our Case Managers, assisting with case coordination, documentation, and participant services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants, customers, and the general public
  • Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication with agencies, and report preparation
  • Manage participant caseloads using evidence-based practices and conduct risk/need assessments
  • Facilitate CBT programs and life skills groups, documenting participant progress and attendance
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing charts
  • May be responsible for office opening and closing procedures, collecting participant payments, and transporting participants
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Baccalaureate Degree in Social Services preferred
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services preferred
  • Good customer service skills, effective communication skills, and solid computer skills
