Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 7 years of experience in software engineering within a large-scale distributed environment
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in engineering, including team management
  • Strong background in backend systems of considerable scale
  • Proven experience in promoting collaboration across diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in digital signal processing or music-related products is advantageous
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
